At Verifile, our work helps organisations build trust and safety. We believe the integrity we bring to that work should shape how we treat the world around us, the people who work with us, and the communities we are part of. Sustainability is not a side project for us. It is part of running a responsible business.
Guided by our values, to put people first, own it, be curious, succeed together and delight our customer, we commit to four things.
We protect the planet. We are a low-footprint technology business, and we are determined to keep reducing the impact we do have. We have committed to reaching net zero by 2045, we generate our own solar energy, and we run digital-first, low-waste and energy-conscious operations.
We look after our people. Our people are our business. We pay the Real Living Wage, we invest in their growth, wellbeing and safety, and we are building a fair and inclusive place to work where everyone can thrive.
We support our communities. We give our time and support to our communities and our sector, and we hold ourselves to high standards of ethics, human rights and responsible procurement.
We use data and technology responsibly. Trust is our business. We protect the data entrusted to us, and we use technology, including artificial intelligence, responsibly, fairly, and always with human judgement.
These are commitments we hold ourselves accountable for. How we manage each of them, the targets we are working towards, and how we govern and measure our progress are set out in our ESG Policy, which we review every year.
