This check applies to updating an existing membership in the Scottish Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme when the individual changes an employer or organisation.
A PVG Update check is for individuals who already have PVG membership for specificregulated work (children, protected adults, or both) and need to change or add an organisation to their membership within the same vulnerable group(s). For example, if they’reworking with children, and then theyvolunteer or work for another organisation where they're working with children too.
